The Digital-Scout™ 7.2 MP Infrared Scouting Camera has all of the great features of their
7.2 MP megapixel Digital-Scout unit, but with INFRARED technology! If you have been looking for a high resolution Infrared system, this is it. The DS-07IR
is the best infrared scouting camera available on the market today. This system
utilizes an infrared flash that is virtually invisible to the naked eye, allowing
you to take total "stealth" photos for game scouting or surveillance. The animal
or trespasser will never know their photo was taken! Night photos will have a
pinkish tint but will retain excellent detail and resolution quality. Day photos
will be full color with only a slight pinkish tint depending on lighting conditions.

This unit has a small, compact case design that measures only 7" x 5" x 2"
making it the smallest digital scouting camera on the market. The Sony
DSC-W55 has extended flash range that reaches out to 40 feet for beautiful nighttime
photos when deer and game are most active. The Sony DSC-W55 has 56MB of internal
memory or just add a memory stick and capture hundreds of photos. The Digital-Scout™
uses an advanced Passive Infrared (PIR) motion detector, which senses “heat-in-motion”
out to 80 feet to trigger the digital camera. The built-in PIR sensitivity adjustment
automatically adjusts to environmental conditions preventing false triggers
on warm days and limiting detection range at night so subjects are always within
the flash radius. Just turn on the power switch and lock it to a tree with the
included Master Lock® Python Cable Locking System and you're scouting for your
next trophy!
The 7.2 MegaPixel Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W55 can also be easily removed
from the unit. It can then be used just like any other digital camera. The Sony W55 is powered by a rechargeable Lithium Ion battery pack that will take up to 320 photos on one battery charge. Comes complete with battery charger. You can
also capture high-resolution 15-second MPEG movies at 640 x 480 resolution.
This system includes our new “RAPID-FIRE” Trail Mode feature. When set-up in “Rapid-Fire” Trail Mode, the circuit board will keep the digital camera powered up after taking the first photo and will then take any subsequent photos in 3 seconds with a trigger time of 1/10 second for a time window of 30 seconds. In the case a subsequent photo is taken the window time period is pushed out another 30 seconds ensuring you will capture all animals traveling together on a trail. This will allow you to capture all of the animals coming down a trail and not capture the first animal only.

We suggest using Sony Memory Stick Duo media cards but they are not included.
These would allow you to keep your system in the field. You can buy two cards
and switch them out in the field. Take the card with pictures on it back home
and view them on your computer.
