Description

If you have ever crammed into a two-man pop-up blind with your kid, your camera guy, and enough gear to survive a small apocalypse, you already know exactly why the Stump Sequoia exists. Banks Outdoors built this thing for hunters who refuse to choose between comfort, visibility, and actually bringing home meat. At 90 inches in diameter and 80 inches of standing room inside, this is less of a hunting blind and more of a serious command center for whitetail hunters who mean business. The seamless polyethylene shell is UV stabilized and built to handle whatever Mother Nature throws at it, season after season, without rotting, fading, or falling apart on you the weekend before opening day.

The Whitetail Properties Pro Hunter edition does not just give you the shell and send you on your way. This version comes fully loaded with every accessory Banks Outdoors offers, including a Curtain Kit, Wall Insulation, Storage Shelf with Light, Bi Pod Shooting Stick, Bow Hanger, Carbon Filters, Anchor Kit, Coat Hooks, Towel, and a Locking Handle. That round design is not just for looks either. It genuinely maximizes your shooting lanes and lets bowhunters draw and pivot without contorting themselves into positions that would make a chiropractor rich. Seven 14x22-inch tinted windows plus one wide 32x14-inch window give you full 360-degree coverage, and every single one opens silently so you are not blowing your setup the moment a good buck steps into range.

The insulated walls keep the interior noticeably quieter and more comfortable than a standard steel or fabric blind, which matters a lot when you are sitting with kids or filming a hunt and need everyone to stay focused and still for hours. The rigid steel-plate base keeps the whole unit locked down and secure on your stand or platform. At 500 pounds, this blind is a permanent investment in better hunts, not something you are repositioning every weekend. It seats up to four people comfortably, which makes it the smartest blind on the property for mentoring new hunters, filming professional content, or just sharing a good morning in the field with people who matter to you.

Why Hunters Love It

The Sequoia earns its reputation one sit at a time. Hunters who have used cheaper blinds for years consistently say the same thing after their first season in a Banks blind: they wish they had made the switch sooner. The seamless polyethylene construction eliminates the weak points that fabric and metal-frame blinds develop over time, and that bark-like paintable exterior means it looks like it belongs in the woods rather than in a sporting goods store parking lot. When you are inside this blind with your bow at full draw and a shooter buck working toward your shooting lane, the last thing you want to be thinking about is whether your blind is going to creak, let in a draft, or blow your scent. The Sequoia handles all of that so you can stay focused on the shot.

For families, guides, and serious content creators, the 41-plus square feet of interior real estate is a genuine game changer. You can set up a camera on a tripod, have two hunters ready to shoot, and still have room for a gear bag and a thermos of coffee without anyone sitting on top of each other. Banks Outdoors built this blind in Cannon Falls, Minnesota, and backs it with a Limited Lifetime Warranty because they stand behind what they make. At Outdoors For Less, we have been putting quality gear in hunters' hands since 1998, and the Stump Sequoia Pro Hunter is the kind of product we are proud to carry.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Stump Sequoia come with a leg system or platform included?
No, the leg system is not included with the Stump Sequoia. You will need to purchase a Banks Outdoors leg system or compatible platform separately. The blind ships with the shell, all Pro Hunter accessories, and the rigid steel-plate base ready for mounting, but the support structure that elevates it off the ground is sold as a separate add-on.

Can this blind really ship to my house or does it have to go to a business address?
Due to the size and weight of this unit, at 500 pounds and 90 inches in diameter, Banks Outdoors requires the Stump Sequoia to ship to a commercial address only. Residential delivery is not available. Most customers have it shipped to a local freight terminal, farm supply business, or hunting camp with a commercial address and arrange their own transport from there.

How many people can comfortably hunt out of the Stump Sequoia at one time?
The Stump Sequoia is rated for up to 4 hunters and offers 41.54 square feet of interior floor space with 80 inches of standing room height. In practice, two active hunters with a camera operator and a gear setup fits very comfortably. It is one of the most popular blinds on the market for mentoring youth hunters and filming professional hunts at the same time.

Is the Stump Sequoia good for bowhunting or is it better suited for gun hunters?
The round design of the Sequoia was built with bowhunters specifically in mind. The circular interior gives you the ability to draw, pivot, and position for shots in nearly any direction without your limbs or riser contacting a wall or window frame. The seven 14x22-inch windows and one wider 32x14-inch window provide excellent coverage for any weapon type, and Banks Outdoors officially recommends it for bow, crossbow, and gun hunting alike.

What does the Pro Hunter package include that the base model does not?
The Whitetail Properties Pro Hunter edition comes fully equipped with every Banks Outdoors accessory available for this blind. That includes a Curtain Kit, Wall Insulation, Storage Shelf with Light, Bi Pod Shooting Stick, Bow Hanger, Carbon Filters, Anchor Kit, Towel, Coat Hooks, and a Locking Handle. The base model includes the blind shell and steel-plate base only, so the Pro Hunter represents significant added value if you plan to use any of those accessories.

How does the insulation affect scent control and temperature inside the blind?
The wall insulation included in the Pro Hunter model serves two purposes. First, it noticeably reduces noise transmission from movement and gear inside the blind, which matters during long sits with multiple people. Second, it helps regulate interior temperature so the blind stays warmer on cold mornings and slightly cooler during early season sits. Combined with the carbon filters and the tight-sealing tinted windows, the Sequoia does a solid job of containing human scent and keeping your presence undetected at close range.

What is the warranty on the Stump Sequoia and what does it cover?
The Stump Sequoia is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty from Banks Outdoors, covering defects in materials and workmanship. The seamless polyethylene construction is UV stabilized to resist fading and degradation, and the material will not rot regardless of weather exposure. For specific warranty claim procedures or coverage details, we recommend reaching out directly to Banks Outdoors or contacting our team at Outdoors For Less and we will help get it sorted.
