Description

The Stump 3 360° from Banks Outdoors is what happens when whitetail hunters stop compromising. Most blinds give you a couple of shooting windows and call it a day. The Stump 3 gives you every direction, period. Whether you are hunting a field edge, a pinch point in the timber, or a creek bottom where deer move unpredictably, the full 360-degree design means you are set up for any scenario the woods decide to throw at you. The elevated platform keeps you above a deer's primary defense zone and lets your scent ride up and out rather than straight into the nose of every deer downwind of your setup.

The Whitetail Properties Pro Hunter Phantom edition is not a cosmetic upgrade. It is a collaboration built around the real demands of hunters who chase giant whitetails on managed ground and know what it takes to consistently kill mature deer. The Phantom finish is muted, low-glare, and designed to blend into the kind of hardwood and edge cover that big bucks call home. Banks Outdoors builds every Stump 3 in Cannon Falls, MN with the kind of craftsmanship that holds up through ice storms, heavy snows, and multi-decade use. This is not the blind you replace in five years. This is the one that becomes a landmark on your property.

One important note before you order: the leg system is sold separately. You will want to factor that into your setup plan and budget. Banks Outdoors offers compatible leg systems that pair directly with the Stump 3, giving you flexibility on height and terrain. Whether you are mounting this over a food plot or tucking it into a funnel in the hardwoods, getting the right leg configuration dialed in is part of making this blind perform at its full potential. If you have questions about pairing options, our team at Outdoors For Less has been helping hunters make smart gear decisions since 1998 and we are happy to help you get it right.

Why Hunters Love It

Ask any serious whitetail hunter what their biggest frustration is and nine times out of ten it comes back to angles. A deer steps out in the wrong spot, you cannot swing, and just like that a three-year-old buck walks away with your tag still in your pocket. The Stump 3 360° solves that problem at the root. Hunters who have made the switch talk about how it completely changes the way they think about stand placement because they are no longer locked into a single approach corridor. You hang it where the deer want to be, not where your shooting lanes let you get away with.

The elevated design and Phantom finish combine to do something most blinds cannot manage: they make you a non-factor in the equation. Mature bucks that have been pressured for years are wired to pick apart anything that does not belong. The Stump 3 sits above their visual and scent detection zone and blends into the canopy in a way that lets you hunt aggressively without educating every deer on your property. For hunters who put in the work on mature whitetails, that kind of confidence in your setup is worth every penny of the price tag.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Stump 3 360° come with a leg system included?
No, the leg system is NOT included with this purchase and must be bought separately. Banks Outdoors offers compatible leg systems designed specifically for the Stump 3, so make sure you add the appropriate setup to your order based on your terrain and desired height. If you need help choosing the right leg configuration, reach out to our team at Outdoors For Less and we will get you sorted.

What does the Phantom finish look like and where does it work best?
The Phantom finish is a muted, low-glare pattern designed to blend into mixed hardwood cover, timber edges, and transitional terrain where mature whitetails spend most of their time. It is not a bright camo pattern, it is built to visually disappear against bark, brush, and canopy rather than stand out from it. It performs exceptionally well in Midwest and Eastern hardwood setups where Banks Outdoors blinds are most commonly used.

Is the Stump 3 360° weatherproof enough to leave out year-round?
Banks Outdoors builds the Stump 3 in Cannon Falls, MN, which means it has to survive real Midwest weather including ice, heavy snow loads, and spring rain cycles. The construction is designed for permanent or semi-permanent installation and holds up through multi-season use without the kind of deterioration you see in lighter blinds. Many hunters leave their Stump setups installed year-round and simply re-check hardware and seals at the start of each season.

How many hunters can comfortably fit inside the Stump 3 360°?
The Stump 3 is designed as a spacious elevated blind that comfortably accommodates two hunters, making it a solid option for parent-child hunts, mentored hunts, or simply having enough room to draw a bow or shoulder a rifle without feeling like you are hunting in a phone booth. The interior dimensions give you genuine all-day comfort, which matters when you are waiting on a mature buck to make his move at last light.

Can the Stump 3 360° be used for bow hunting?
Absolutely, and this is one of the blind's strongest use cases. The 360-degree design is particularly valuable for bow hunters because you can pivot to shoot any direction without repositioning your entire body and blowing the hunt. The elevated platform also puts you at an ideal shooting angle for archery shots, and the interior space gives a bowhunter enough room to draw and execute cleanly without hitting walls or windows.

What financing options are available for the Stump 3 360°?
Shop Pay financing is available at checkout with payments starting at approximately $415.19 per month depending on your selected term and credit approval. This makes it possible to get your setup dialed in before season without waiting until you have saved the full amount. Financing details and eligibility are handled through Shop Pay at checkout and approval is typically fast.
