All Orion platforms are made up of American powder-coated steel that has a layer of rust preventing paint overtop of it, ensuring longevity in the most extreme weather conditions. With the built in self leveling system, find the deer first, then worry about leveling out your platform later.  All stands come with a 40"x60" steel deck that is built with "safety" at the forefront. The deck rail was designed to encourage three-points of contact when climbing in or out of your blind, making this the perfect blind for kids or elderly.
