We do not accept returns for any reason.
Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused for any reason other than major damage to the item in shipping/transit: We will deduct our actual shipping costs for the delivery to you. Please note: our actual freight costs are significantly higher than what you paid. Buyer is responsible for our actual return shipping charges. Restocking fees will also apply. The amount varies depending on product line.
Shipping Info
We process and ship items in 1-5 business days, depending on the product ordered.
See product page for usual shipping time.
A few of our smallest items ship by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.
See product pages for information on how that item ships - UPS, FedEx, Freight Companies.
Most of our products are too large or heavy to ship by UPS or FedEx.
Most of our products ship by Freight Companies which deliver orders with large, 18-wheeler trucks that are (53) feet long.
Can this size truck reach and easily exit your location?
Important Notes Concerning Freight Companies
Your order will most likely be delivered by a Freight Company.
The following information is intended to familiarize you with how Freight Companies operate.
Freight Companies (General):
They deliver curbside - at the street.
The driver will assist you in getting smaller items off the back of the truck - boats, feeders, small blinds.
You would need to have equipment on hand to get larger blinds off the truck - tractor with forks, forklift or skid steer.
Think you might need more help than that? See "Liftgate Fees" below.
Freight Companies (Delivery Options):
They deliver in (53) foot long semi trucks.
Can a truck of this size reach and exit from your location?
If not, you have several options:
1. Meet them nearby and off load onto your truck or trailer.
2. Deliver it to a business address with loading docks and/or fork lifts.
3. Pick up at the nearest freight terminal (this could be 30-40 minutes drive).
Residential Delivery:
The freight company will call you prior to delivery to set a date and delivery time window.
They work Monday through Friday only.
Someone will need to be home to inspect and sign for the shipment.
See "Inspection" below.
Commercial or Business Delivery:
The freight company will just show up.
They work Monday through Friday only.
See "Inspection" below.
Inspection:
You can and should carefully inspect the shipment before you sign for it.
If a box or container shows some external damage, then open the box and carefully inspect its contents - top, sides and bottom.
See "Damaged Items" below.
Damaged Items:
We would suggest that you accept items with very minimal scratches or blemishes.
If you accept an item with minor damage, any compensation for the damage would come from the freight company since they are the ones who damaged it.
For significant damage - takes several pictures, note what was damaged on the waybill and refuse the shipment.
Damaged and refused items must be return to the manufacturer before a replacement is shipped.
This can take 7-10 days on average.
Liftgate Fees:
We keep our shipping costs low by not adding services that you do not need.
We never include Liftgate fees in our shipping charges.
Most items can easily be slid off the back of the truck without a liftgate.
If you feel that you need a liftgate, we can add a liftgate fee of $75 to your order.
If you decide you need a liftgate once the shipment arrives, you will be responsible for a fee of $100 to $150 and this should be arranged with and paid directly to the trucking company.
Important Notes Concerning Hunting Blinds with Towers:
All elevated hunting blinds should be securely tied down.
This is the customer's responsibility.
We sell tie-down kits that can be shipped to you by UPS Ground, if you do not have a local source for these.
