One-Year Limited Warranty ADVANTAGE HUNTING warrants only to the original purchaser of this product from a Advantage Hunting reseller or distributor that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year after date of purchase. Advantage Hunting reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged product, and all costs of shipping the Advantage Hunting product to Advantage Hunting for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. In order to recover under this limited warranty, Purchaser must make claim to Advantage Hunting within 60 days of occurrence, and must present acceptable proof of original ownership (such as original receipt, warranty card registration, on-line registration, or other documentation Advantage Hunting deems acceptable) for the product. Advantage Hunting, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the original purchaser's date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty consideration. In order to keep this limited warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed in the instructions accompanying this warranty. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. This limited warranty is valid only if the product is used with the equipment specified. This limited warranty is nontransferable and does not apply to any purchaser who bought the product from a reseller or distributor not authorized by Advantage Hunting, including but not limited to purchases from internet auction sites. Periodic maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear are excluded from coverage. Abuse & Misuse. Defects or damage that result from: (a) improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse. Use of Non-Advantage Hunting Products and Accessories. Defects or damage that result from the use of NonAdvantage Hunting products, accessories or other peripheral equipment are excluded from coverage. Unauthorized Service or Modification. Defects or damages resulting from service, testing, adjustment, installation, maintenance, alteration, including without limitation to modification in any way. Altered Products. Products or Accessories that show evidence of tampering are excluded from coverage. Who is covered? This warranty extends only to the first consumer purchaser, and is not transferable. What will Advantage Hunting Do? Advantage Hunting, at its option, will at no charge repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any Products, or Accessories that does not conform to this warranty.
